NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NOT REQUIRED. The same quantity of entries available through a donation may be obtained without donating by following the Alternate Method of Entry below. Void where prohibited.

These Official Rules and Terms and Conditions ("Rules") govern the TheSuit.club Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), a promotional drawing conducted by Aliyah Fund Inc., a New Jersey nonprofit corporation ("Sponsor," "we," or "us"). By entering or participating, each entrant ("Entrant" or "you") agrees to be bound by these Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

"TheSuit.club" and "Pur.im" are promotional campaign names operated by Aliyah Fund Inc.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state or province of residence, whichever is higher, at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor may verify eligibility. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, may be excluded at Sponsor's discretion. Any exclusion will be applied consistently and subject to applicable law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2026 and ends at 9:45 p.m. Eastern Time on August 13, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's systems and records are the official timekeeping method.

The random-spin phase may end before the close of the Sweepstakes Period if all 1,200 available spin numbers are assigned. If that occurs, fixed-rate entry packages may remain available through the end of the Sweepstakes Period as described below.

4. How the Random-Spin Phase Works

During the random-spin phase, each completed spin randomly selects one then-available number from 1 through 1,200. Each number may be assigned only once. For a donation-based spin, the selected number determines the undiscounted donation amount before the applicable campaign discount. Discounts and suit-entry quantities are based on the chronological order in which spins are completed, not on the number selected:

• First 1,000 completed spins: 95% discount; one (1) Custom Suit Drawing entry per completed spin.
• Final 200 completed spins: 90% discount; two (2) Custom Suit Drawing entries per completed spin.

Examples: a selected number of 420 during the first 1,000 completed spins results in a $21 donation; a selected number of 1,120 during that phase results in a $56 donation. The maximum donation during the 95%-discount phase is $60, and the maximum possible donation during the 90%-discount phase is $120.

A spin is not complete unless Sponsor's records show that it was successfully assigned and processed. Duplicate, reversed, declined, fraudulent, or technically incomplete transactions may be cancelled or disqualified.

5. Entry with Donation

Eligible individuals may receive entries by making a donation through methods designated by Sponsor, including online, phone, mail, or in person. During the random-spin phase, the number of Custom Suit Drawing entries is determined under Section 4.

After all 1,200 spin numbers have been assigned, the following fixed-rate donation packages may be offered through the end of the Sweepstakes Period:

• 1 entry for $60
• 2 entries for $100
• 6 entries for $180
• 13 entries for $360
• 25 entries for $600

A donation is voluntary and is not required to enter. Unless these Rules expressly provide for a campaign-threshold refund, donations are charitable contributions and are not purchases of goods or services. No representation is made concerning tax deductibility; entrants should consult their own tax advisers.

6. Alternate Method of Entry - No Donation Necessary

To enter without donating, mail a handwritten, unfolded 8-inch by 10-inch postcard containing all of the following:

• Full legal name
• Date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY format
• Complete mailing address
• Email address
• Telephone number
• The words "TheSuit.club Sweepstakes"
• A clear request for one (1) free entry

Each compliant postcard received while random spin numbers remain available will be issued the same Custom Suit Drawing entry quantity applicable to the chronological spin phase in which Sponsor processes it. A compliant postcard received after all random spin numbers are assigned provides one (1) free Custom Suit Drawing entry. No donation amount is attached to a free entry except for calculating a free-entry Multiplier Prize under Section 10.

Entrants may request multiple entries, but each request must be submitted on a separate handwritten postcard in a separate stamped envelope. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, bulk-mailed, incomplete, or illegible submissions are void. No donation is required.

AMOE submissions must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period. An AMOE entry received before an applicable interim or milestone drawing may participate in that drawing if it otherwise satisfies the prize-specific requirements. Interim drawings already completed before an AMOE submission is received will not be reopened or rerun. Sponsor is not responsible for postal delay.

7. Entry Conditions and General Drawing Rules

All entries must be complete, truthful, legible, and submitted in compliance with these Rules. Sponsor may disqualify entries associated with fraud, tampering, automated activity, chargebacks, abuse, misrepresentation, or attempts to circumvent the Rules.

Sponsor will make commercially reasonable efforts to record every eligible entry received during the applicable entry period. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, technically failed, or unrecorded submissions. A donation that is not successfully recorded as an entry will be treated solely as a donation unless a refund is required under Section 16.

The inadvertent omission of an entry will not invalidate the Sweepstakes, including halachically, or affect the validity of a completed drawing or the eligibility of other entrants, subject to applicable law.

Unless a specific prize provision states otherwise, winners will be selected randomly using a method chosen by Sponsor, which may include a recognized randomization tool or software such as Wheel of Names or a similar platform. Sponsor may audit, consolidate, or remove duplicate or ineligible records before drawing.

8. Custom Suit Prizes

One (1) custom suit prize is unlocked for every sixty (60) completed spins. If all 1,200 spins are completed, twenty (20) custom suit prizes are unlocked, and sellout unlocks five (5) additional custom suit prizes, for a maximum of twenty-five (25) custom suit prizes.

Each custom suit prize has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $550 and may be redeemed for a custom suit from a participating TheSuit.club Preferred Partner, subject to partner availability, scheduling, service area, and reasonable partner policies. Each prize may include local travel support, depending on the selected partner, and up to $50 in alterations, provided that the total value supplied under the prize does not exceed the stated ARV unless Sponsor elects otherwise.

The suit may include a small TheSuit.club logo and the current campaign year. Prize credit must be used within one (1) year after winner confirmation or it may be forfeited. The winner is responsible for arranging fittings and for any travel, shipping, alterations, upgrades, fabrics, features, or other costs exceeding the included prize value.

At Sponsor's option, a suit winner may instead receive a $300 cash alternative. The choice between suit fulfillment and the cash alternative may be offered by Sponsor and must be exercised in the manner and time specified by Sponsor.

A person may win more than one custom suit. After an entry wins a custom suit, that particular winning entry is removed from later custom-suit drawings; the winner's other eligible entries remain in the pool.

All unlocked custom-suit prizes will be drawn after the Sweepstakes Period closes, subject to eligibility verification.

9. AirPods Pro 3 Prizes

Sponsor will award up to fifteen (15) Apple AirPods Pro 3 prizes, each with an ARV of $250, as follows:

• Milestone drawings: one (1) AirPods Pro 3 prize will be awarded by separate random drawing after each 100 completed spins, for up to twelve (12) milestone prizes if all 1,200 spins are completed.
• Designated-spin prizes: the eligible Entrant assigned spin number 333, 666, or 999 will receive one (1) AirPods Pro 3 prize, for up to three (3) designated-spin prizes.

For each milestone drawing, Sponsor will draw from eligible entries received and recorded before that drawing. A person need not be present to win and may win more than one AirPods prize or another Sweepstakes prize unless prohibited by law. A designated-spin prize is awarded only if the corresponding spin number is assigned during the Sweepstakes Period.

Apple and AirPods are trademarks of Apple Inc. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Apple Inc.

10. Pur.im Multiplier Prizes

One (1) Pur.im Multiplier Prize is unlocked for every 200 completed spins, for a maximum of six (6) Multiplier Prizes if all 1,200 spins are completed. Multiplier winners will be selected after the Sweepstakes Period closes.

For a winner who entered with a donation, the prize equals two (2) times the donation associated with the selected winning entry, capped at $300.

For a winner selected through a free AMOE entry, Sponsor will first conduct a random spin of a wheel numbered 1 through 150; the prize equals two (2) times the number selected, producing a prize from $2 to $300.

Each Multiplier Prize has a maximum ARV of $300. Winning a Multiplier Prize does not affect eligibility for a custom suit, AirPods, or the Share-Spin-on-Status Supercharge Prize.

11. Share-Spin-on-Status Supercharge Prize

One (1) qualifying custom-suit winner will receive a $500 gift card toward a winter coat from a Better Men's Wear store (ARV $500), subject to the store's availability, policies, and any expiration or use restrictions stated on the gift card.

To qualify for the Share-Spin-on-Status Supercharge drawing, an Entrant must:

• Share the Entrant's personal TheSuit.club spin link on the Entrant's WhatsApp Status;
• Keep the Status active for at least eighteen (18) hours;
• Obtain at least fifty (50) Status views;
• Send a clear screenshot showing the required duration and view count to an administrator of Sponsor's WhatsApp group; and
• Join or remain reachable through Sponsor's WhatsApp group, available at pur.im/wa, through winner verification.

After all custom-suit winners are selected, Sponsor will conduct one random drawing from the pool of custom-suit winners whose sharing proof was timely submitted and verified. If an Entrant has more than one qualifying winning custom-suit entry, each such qualifying winning entry may be included in the Share-Spin-on-Status Supercharge drawing. Sponsor has sole discretion to verify the screenshot, link, duration, views, and compliance, subject to applicable law.

12. Prize Summary and Maximum Value

The maximum number and aggregate ARV of prizes, assuming all 1,200 spins are completed and every prize is awarded, are:

• Up to 25 custom suits at $550 ARV each: $13,750
• Up to 15 AirPods Pro 3 prizes at $250 ARV each: $3,750
• Up to 6 Pur.im Multiplier Prizes at up to $300 each: up to $1,800
• One Share-Spin-on-Status Supercharge winter-coat gift card: $500

Maximum aggregate ARV: $20,050. Actual aggregate value may be lower depending on completed spins, prize elections, actual Multiplier Prize amounts, partner pricing, and redemption choices.

13. Winner Notification, Verification, and Claiming

Winners need not be present. Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner using the contact information submitted. A potential winner must respond within three (3) business days after notification unless Sponsor specifies a longer period. Failure to respond, inability to verify eligibility, refusal to complete required documents, or noncompliance with these Rules may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residency, eligibility, a declaration or affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, tax forms, and other documentation reasonably necessary to administer or fulfill a prize. A potential winner is not an official winner until Sponsor confirms eligibility and compliance.

No winner will be required to pay Sponsor a fee to receive a prize. Winners remain responsible for taxes and for expressly disclosed personal expenses associated with using a prize.

14. Canadian Residents - Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared a winner, a selected Entrant who is a resident of Canada, excluding Quebec, must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor.

15. Prize Restrictions, Taxes, and Publicity

Prizes are nontransferable and may not be assigned, sold, or substituted by a winner, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 or other applicable tax documentation. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, fees, and assessments arising from a prize are the winner's responsibility.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state or province, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation. A winner may be required to provide a photograph or short video documenting prize acceptance.

16. Minimum Threshold, Refunds, Modification, or Termination

If fewer than sixty (60) spins are completed, no custom suit prize will unlock. Sponsor will cancel the principal prize drawings and manually issue refunds of donations received for the Sweepstakes, without interest. Refunds may require a reasonable processing period and will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method when practicable. Free entries have no monetary refund value.

If at least sixty (60) but fewer than 1,200 spins are completed, Sponsor will award all prizes unlocked at the completed milestones. Prizes tied to milestones or designated spin numbers not reached will not be awarded.

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, force majeure, legal requirements, or events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Any modification will be limited to what Sponsor reasonably determines necessary and will be announced through the campaign website or promotional channels. Sponsor will not reduce or revoke a prize already validly unlocked and awarded except where required by law or due to winner ineligibility or fraud.

17. Odds

Odds of winning a particular random-drawing prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and included in the applicable drawing. Odds for a designated-spin AirPods prize depend on whether the Entrant is randomly assigned the applicable available spin number. Because free entries may be submitted in the same quantities as donation-associated entries, a donation is not required to obtain any quantity of entries.

18. Limitation of Liability and Releases

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrants release Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, Preferred Partners, prize suppliers, and representatives from claims or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of a prize, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be waived.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures; interrupted or unavailable networks, websites, payment systems, messaging services, or randomization platforms; unauthorized intervention; human or administrative error; printing or typographical errors; postal delays; inaccurate contact information; or lost, damaged, or misdirected communications.

If any discrepancy exists between promotional material and these Rules, these Rules control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Privacy and Communications

Sponsor may collect and use entry information to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, prevent fraud, comply with law, and maintain required records.

Participation authorizes Sponsor to send administrative communications relating to this Sweepstakes. Marketing or promotional emails or text messages will be sent only where the Entrant has separately consented or where otherwise permitted by applicable law. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of donating, entering, or winning. Entrants may opt out of text marketing by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

20. Halachic Resolution Clause

Any dispute, question, or ambiguity concerning the Sweepstakes or these Rules may be submitted to a Halachic Torah Authority selected by Sponsor, whose decision will be final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. This provision does not waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

21. Governing Law and Severability

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal, state, provincial, or local law. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
